I was a bad lad yesterday and ate a Soreen Malted Loaf while I was sat on traffic duty so I only had two helpings of meat and veggies. One for breakfast and one for tea. That'll teach me!

Meat and veggies X two for breakfast and tea. Cheese buttie for dinner. Not recommended but it seems to suit me.....
I have put some dried marrowfat peas in to soak just for a change!

Meat and veggies X two again..... I am getting last week's cooking into a corner and am beginning to think about veggie shopping and a new batch. Amazing how fast the week goes past!

Meat and veggies twice for breakfast and tea. Nothing at dinnertime as I was cooking.....
Yes, I changed my mind and ended the day with a fridge full of meals cooked to last me for a week. Not everyone's idea of good living I know but it suits me down to the ground and so far see,s to be doing a good job!

I had the last two helpings of last week's cooking for breakfast and tea. For dinner I had a nibble on my roast chicken. I shall be back to normal rations today!

The buses work well for us as a rule round here don't they Kev.....

Most of the time they do, the subsidised fares are a bonus. It was £1 each way :good:

That's less then I thought I thought the fare had been capped at £2. That's good news for someone too young for the bus pass.

Breakfast and tea were meat and veggies but dinner was another salad butty from Amanda's when I did my veggie chopping. Today is a cooking day so I doubt if I will have any dinner.....
