WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?

I had last week's meat and veggies X two for breakfast and tea. As I suspected yesterday, I had no dinner while I was cooking.

Breakfast yesterday was the very last helping of last week's cooking and dinner and tea were the fresh cohort!

The latest batch of meat and veggies for breakfast dinner and tea.... Full of promise!

I cheated and had a salad butty for dinner. Meat and veggies as usual for breakfast and tea.....

Meat and veggies X three as I cooked next week's meat and veggies. I have two helpings left for today and then we go on to the new batch.

The last of the old batch for Breakfast and dinner and then on to the latest version for tea. Always good to have a fridge full of cooked grub! (Although looking at it I still wonder how the hell I eat it all and don't get fat!)

Well into this week's cooking..... Chicken and veggies X three.

Meat and veggies X three and I fried my sweet potato chips. The belly pork cut up and put in the slow cooker to simmer overnight.

Pork Belly and veggies X three and the cyder apple vinegar really comes through.... Lovely taste!

I extended the veggies with some savoury rice (Instead of spending £3.50 0n a salad butty from Amanda!) and had meat and veggies X three for breakfast dinner and tea.

Three hot meals as usual.... The meat and veggies is good, always different!

I was so sick of the world yesterday that I didn't have any dinner. Just Breakfast and tea..... It won't have done me any harm!

Back to normal. Three helpings of meat and veggies. I extended it with some spicy rice, peas and sultanas. Apart from being a nice addition, extensions like this are the cheapest food you will ever cook.

Three hot meals of meat and veggies...... Loving it and retreat of aches and pains continues. I must have the carb balance about right......

This week's batch is getting into a corner! I shall have to start thinking about veggie shopping!

I have been to Town Square and got my veggies from Gulam. On my way back I was lucky and a kind young lady helped me up the steps with my shopper. How the hell one man eats £30 worth of veggies in a week without getting fat beats me....
