Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
What about the salad butties from Mandy's?
For my sins I baked a loaf yesterday, mixed seeds, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp and sesame.

I've stopped them along with meat pies as well Ian.
Yesterday was three hot meals and the meat and veggies was good cold weather grub!

I'm getting the last batch into a corner, so meat and veggies X three and I am roasting my chicken this morning as we look at another week!

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
The last of last week's batch. Today I start on the new lot because quite out of the blue I found myself cooking veggies yesterday as well as roasting a chicken!
Never mind, I am in a good seam for the rest of the week!

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
Yesterday I had chicken and veggies for breakfast but saw some fancy battered and double-fried chips on offer in the Co-op so I brought them home and had them deep fried with a chunky breaded cod fillet for dinner. Lovely but very filling so tea was late and just a snack of cheese and tomatoes on oat cakes.

Trump and Starmer's Lunch
Starter: A winter green salad
Main: Grilled seabass
Dessert: Chocolate caramel cake
(Oh Dear - I cannot do salad these days (ruined / missing back teeth). Diabetic - so the Caramel Cake is out. and microplastics put me off seabass)

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
It will be sour dough crust Pizza for us today the dough has been arguing with itself for a couple of days in the fridge. I made it from last weeks discard. I have just fed my starter and will probably mix a batch for bread tonight, bake it tomorrow after a rise in the fridge or out on the worktop, depends how active my starter is.

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
Same as yesterday, The slight restriction in my diet is supportable and it's working. Very slowly I know but my weight is slowly dropping.
I shall be on a cheese and tomato on oatcakes snack again this morning.
