I would have to pass on the Affagato. I have been promising to wean myself back on to coffee at some point. It always smells nice but taboo for the last 40 odd years. I will have to find a day when I don't have any commitments.

Full blown migraine, well the last time. Nausea, flashing lights, splitting headache, shivering and sweating at the same time, not nice.
Doc says you can wean back on to an intolerance by sipping a teaspoonful a time until you feel symptoms, then stop note how much you can tolerate and then increase after a few days. Can take a while to accept the trigger substance but you can if you persevere.

You probably already have but have you tried decaffeinated?
