I would have to pass on the Affagato. I have been promising to wean myself back on to coffee at some point. It always smells nice but taboo for the last 40 odd years. I will have to find a day when I don't have any commitments. :extrawink:

Full blown migraine, well the last time. Nausea, flashing lights, splitting headache, shivering and sweating at the same time, not nice. :nooo:

Doc says you can wean back on to an intolerance by sipping a teaspoonful a time until you feel symptoms, then stop note how much you can tolerate and then increase after a few days. Can take a while to accept the trigger substance but you can if you persevere.

You probably already have but have you tried decaffeinated?
