Hot meat and veggies. It's on full song now and tastes lovely!

When I went to the Co-op yesterday they had sweet potatoes in the reduced price bin. Couldn't resist it and so I fried even more sweet potato chips as an extender. I love them! They loomed large in my hot meat and veggie servings yesterday.

I had my usual hot meat and veggies but with the addition of strawberries and cream for dinner and tea.....

I set off to have three helpings of meat and veggies but I'm sorry to have to report I failed miserably after being overcome with the urge to cook sausages half way through the morning. I cooked them but then behaved disgracefully, I ate them!(They were magnificent!) The only saving grace was the fact that I didn't eat the dinner I had set out for myself and it has become breakfast this morning.....

Meat and veggies X three. Beginning to think about roasting a chicken and ordering meat. I got the Tomatoes and peppers to go with the chicken yesterday.

Home made Chilli and Mexican Rice for me tonight. Scrambled eggs on toast for lunch I reckon.

Last week's cooking is in a corner now and I had three helpings yesterday. Two left for today and I shall be cooking veggies this morning!

Chicken and veggies X three and I cooked my pork belly with spices, onions, tomatoes and three oranges. Can't wait for that!

King prawns with chorizo to start and Penne Fabellos Signature Dish (meat and tomato sauce baked in a cast iron dish) for main. A pleasant evening out with friends at Fabello's Foulridge.

I'm having fat garlic and fennel sausages and home grown new potatoes with mixed veg.

I've cooked a cauldron of chilli, some for tea and some for the freezer.

I bagged some cut price sausage and cherry tomatoes yesterday at the Co-op and instead of freezing them I made them into a spicy casserole with onions garlic and spices. I overdid the spice a bit, I will have to dilute it with veggies!
Otherwise three helpings of chicken and veggies.

Three helpings of meat and veggies.... This week's batch is on full song now and really tasty!
