Pork Belly and veggies X three with a mid morning snack of boiled egg and hot smoked mackerel fillet for a treat. We all need a treat occasionally.

Yesterday breakfast and tea were my usual hot meat and veggies but dinner turned out to be smoked bacon, tomatoes, beans and fried eggs after a sudden craving. I've noted David's blood puddings and that's given me more ideas...... :biggrin2:

There were enough breakfast ingredients for me to repeat the smoked bacon and egg dinner. Breakfast and tea was the usual Meat and veggies.

The male members of the Smith quorum enjoy fish finger sandwiches. Going back a few years to the village olympics, probably 2016, there was a fish finger eating competition, Steve didn't do to well with a count of early 20s, Jerry won with a count of almost 50!

I bought some cheese and onion buns in Morrisons, they looked too good to ignore. Going to have them for tea with Aberdeen Angus burgers, salad and cheese.

I have all the bits for my Kleftico and I have a soft sourdough sandwich bread dough that has been arguing with itself on an overnight bulk fermentation in the fridge. I am with the Earby history crew this morning and I have to be back home for about 11 to get an early lunch before my gym session at 12.30. I'll sort both after gym.
