Nutter Cote no longer looks like that unfortunately, half of it was pulled down. It has been tidied up now but this is what was left.

The gable end has been replaced and I think the man who pulled it down has now been granted permission to rebuild.

I think you should add illegally pulled down Wendy and the bloke who did it has been ordered to rebuild.

There's been a lot of court activity around the building recently, permission was refused to rebuild it and use as a 'canine hydrotherapy centre'.

An appeal has finally given him permission to rebuild the house but not the hydrotherapy centre.

Noticed the rebuild of Nutter Cote farmhouse is underway when I drove past today.
