Steak pudding and veggies for breakfast. Pork pie and veggies for tea. I cooked mince and onions slowly, it's looking and smelling lovely!

I did a batch of mince and onions in the slow cooker on Monday. A portion from the freezer for tonight. Not sure what to turn it into yet.

Possibly a bit “heavy” for us coming into warmer weather, Panbiker. ( even our plate of steamed Veg was a bit much for us tonight)
Hope you enjoy it though. :good:

It's good in restaurants in Greece for evening meal even in the sultry heat of the evenings and in Barlick where it is not too hot. Now I reckon I have cracked the recipe it's probably my favourite dish as there is so much going on taste wise. Wouldn't suit you Maz as it has a bit of garlic in. I shal assemble it for the bottom of the oven when I have secured an odd waxy potato. :extrawink:

Well done, Big Kev! Is it something you pick up and take home, or eat there “sharing” with others? ( I expect that with Covid restrictions, it will be goodies you take home?)

I’ve made a Frittata for us tonight to have with Salad ( Frittata is basically a crust-less Quiche. It has Ham, Onion, Cheese, Spinach, Broccoli and Cauliflower, Eggs, Milk in it. Tastes nice Hot or Cold.)
