I fried tomatoes, added sausage, fried eggs and baked beans and had it X two for breakfast and tea. Sausages are getting grilled at the moment.....

The last of the veggies was divided in two and reinforced with sausage and a small tin of peas. That made two meals for breakfast and tea.

It's not strictly a cooling rack Stanley its a trivet or pan stand or if you like the IKEA Swedish name its a Lamplig Saucer. About £8.50 from said emporium. Never been myself but we got our Jack to pick us a couple up. We have one on the island and another at the side of the hob, very useful, stainless steel for the use of. :extrawink:

Sausage and eggs for breakfast. For tea I had a board of pickled herring, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and a bag of crisps to pick through. Made a nice change!

Sausage and fried tomatoes for breakfast. I casseroled a rib steak with tomatoes and onions and cooked veggies as well. So tea was some of the casserole with freshly cooked veggies. (Cabbage, celery and carrots)

Low carb lasagne, sliced butternut squash instead of pasta sheets. Went down nicely with a bottle of beer.

Last of the steak casserole with veggies for breakfast and steak pudding and veggies for tea. During the day I did a slow casserole of spicy chicken wings, onions and tomatoes. That will be nicely on song today.

Meat pie and veggies for breakfast. I casseroled the rib eye steak with onions, carrots and a couple of small spuds sliced and had it with veggies for tea. Lovely flavour and it will do at least three meals and possibly four. Best steak can be cheap if used like this.

Homemade Spinach Keema, not very authentic as I used steak mince but very tasty, 2 portions in the freezer for another day too. King prawn and smoked salmon salad for lunch today, no decision on tea yet.

I had some of my lamb with cobbler on the top, runner beans and new potatoes.

Today may be Kleftico, need something that will make itself so I can crack on with the decorating. Assemble, chuck in oven let it argue with itself for a few hours. :smile:
