history of a bowling competition

Hi everybody.
anyone out there knows anything about a bowling competion held out the now defunct Victory Park Bowling Club. The competition that I am after some information about used to be called The Tomlinson Cup or Trophy and was started in the 1960's (I think). I have in my possesion a trophy,The Margaret Ann Hill Trophy which was presented to the highest placed resident of Barlick in the competition. Who was Margeret Ann Hill and who was the person the competition was organized to commemorate. I would be gratful for any information
