Well done Cathy and I have to give it you. They are sections of Lysaght's colonial ceilings. They were very popular at one time. The firm is still in existence making tin sheeting and cladding.

Ha, we had that design at primary school, would not pass H&S now as you could fairly easily loose fingers. My modern equivalent has a fully guarded sliding rotary cutter on a guide bar :extrawink: :good:

I have one exactly the same design as Gloria's and I was using it only the other day to trim some card to size.
But enough of this frivolity, we need another object. :biggrin2:

You are very close Tom! The size beck is the box next to the slasher where the size is mixed and boiled before using. This has a different name......
