The end of Marslands:-
BA 21/12/1860 – The Executors of the late James Marsland and Son give notice of collection of monies and dues to them. The Executors are Messrs. Green and Ward appointed from 21/12/1860.
The end of Bracewell and Griffiths:-
BA 13/10/1866 – Notice is hereby given that the partnership formerly existing between William Bracewell and William Metcalf Bracewell and Price Griffiths carrying on the business at Burnley as Ironfounders under the style of the firm of Bracewell and Griffiths was dissolved on the 30th day of November 1864 and is declared by a decree of the High Court Of Chancery made by his Lordship The Master of the Rolls in certain cases Griffiths v Bracewell 1864 No. 105 and Bracewell v Griffiths 1865 No. 260 dated 1st October 1866 - signed Henry Rollinson, Solicitor.
