Life in Earby in the 1950's

The Earby & District Local History Society are putting together an exhibition to be displayed in the New Road Community Centre during the Jubilee celebrations. It will be about life in Earby in the 1950's. Is there anyone out there with memories, photo's or items they could share?
There are loads of topics we could cover such as.....
Rationing, National Service, employment, education, entertainment (cinema, tv, music), shopping, etc etc.
