Sellers. John,
Mentioned as ‘Delver’ of Barnoldswick and then crossed out and replaced with ‘Farmer’ in deed of appointment of 1825. He seems to have been one of the Trustees of the Methodist Chap[el on Jepp Hill (later the Mechanic’s Institute and then the Town Hall)
1858 and 1877; John Sellers mentioned as shop keeper in trade directories.

Mentioned in Parliamentary Papers as having a 25 hp steam engine driving a spinning and weaving factory at Habergham Eaves, Burnley in 1838.

Sellers. John,
Mentioned as qualified to act as a director of the Calf Hall Shed Company in July 1901 statement of accounts.
Elector of Barnoldswick in 1841, ditto in 1848 but address given as Bingley.

Sellers. William,
Made loan to Calf Hall Shed Company in 1899. Qualified to act as director of CHSC in July 1899 (This means he owned shares).
1890 Local Board elections; candidate, address given as Philip Street, Barnoldswick.
