Hi from a new member into metal detecting

Post by Gavino42 »

I've joined up due to an old post from someone looking for information about their family history.

I am a metal detectorist in my spare time, and I found an item which would have belonged to one of their ancestors.

Hopefully I will be able to send it on to them if they get my message.

Going forward, if anyone has any land they would like me to have a go at detecting on, feel free to message me!

Welcome Gavin. Label almost certainly off a 17 gallon railway kit.

Welcome Gavin. An interesting hobby that I've always wanted to try but I can't do it where I live now. Childhood dreams of finding a Roman coin, not anything valuable but part of the history of Colne. Enjoy your detecting!
