Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
No Tom. Look at what it is selling and concentrate on that. The answer stares out of the image, look at the right hand window....

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
You've got it Tom. A Jewish friend of mine found the shop in Paris and they were selling mainly pork products. She came from New York and the concept of Kosher pork products was beyond her understanding!

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Looks like Colne to me and Ian could be right with his 1930s. Is it Windy Bank?

Bit silly hanging your washing on a Monday when they fire the boilers up at the mills

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Yes, it's Colne but not Hargreaves Street. Rightmove doesn't show any entries for the street so I assume the area has been re-developed

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
No Gloria, it has `Street' in it's name. I've just added in my above post: `Rightmove doesn't show any entries for the street so I assume the area has been re-developed'. And Ian was right about 1930s, it was taken in 1932.

Lister Street taken from Windy Bank.
Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Next street to Lister St... High St. Using a reverse image to put the back to back houses on the right hand side.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
I only mentioned Hargreaves Street as it was used as one of the locations in Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, I had no idea really
