The Xmas adverts are coming thick and fast now but so far, no sign of the Coca Cola road train.... All the lights are on now but funnily enough I haven't noticed if the conical emitters have gone up on the lamp posts on Skipton Road. As usual I have cancelled Xmas and so far so has everyone else, I haven't received any Xmas cards yet. Not surprising, I gave up sending them years ago and now a second class stamp costs 75p so have many more people. I don't blame them.

I’ve just seen the Telstra Christmas ad again - the little boy is at home and hears a sound outside the front of his home, which is all lit up with Christmas decorations.
He finds an upset reindeer talking to a Santa figure.
Then the boy and the reindeer go to a public phone box and call Santa.
Hope you all get to see it.
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's OK... they know me here. :)

Thanks for the video Pete, it’s actually quite different to the one that I have seen.
Same child and reindeer.

Forgive me but I'm still puzzled about why the last post in this thread before that from Tripps yesterday was on 25 December 2012. This must be the old OG thread, surely we've had a more recent `Lights in the Sky' thread than the old 2012 one? Perhaps under a slightly different name?

Well spotted Tiz! We also have a topic called 'Lights in the Sky 2013' which has been used for the last 10 years.

You have the power to merge the topics if you wish which would solve the problem. When merging, dates of posts are preserved. If you elect not to keep a copy of the original thread you are merging you will end up with a single topic and no confusion, just saying. :extrawink:
