That doesn't really surprise me - I do all my meat shopping at Tesco or Aldi. I think it may be a 'supermarket thing' .
Not knocking Stuart Brown but £16 is not particularly cheap.

I don't drink wine now after the Covid, but when I did, the best bottle I ever had was a Cote de Rhone. Next door, on a summer evening, outdoors. He got it from his regular delivery from The Wine Society who are a bit pricey - but so is everything that's good.
