Good to see some regulars back on
You certainly put the hours in IanPanBiker wrote: ↑27 Apr 2024, 19:14 Looks like the main culprits were in the last few IP's I put in the Firewall rules that didn't load at the time because the site was saturated. Completing the loading looks like we are sorted for now. Why is it always the last ones you come to that does the trick?
Sorry Wendy, you can never be the problem.![]()

Ian did most of the hard work, I was just in the right place at the right time to apply the config changes.
Not at the moment Gloria, but there may be a knock on when I get the info from IONOS depending on what we decide to do and if a paid ant-spam service is affordable.
It's gone to ground somewhere Cathy and the cats have all got bored. I'm hoping to catch sight of it before they do next time it emerges! Shrews are likely to bite if you hold them so I have catching equipment handy!
Try and get it to safety outside when the cats aren't watching!
I do have a fishing net Tiz and might employ it later! I was ready with a plastic container and a piece of card, the normal spider catching equipment.Tizer wrote: ↑30 Apr 2024, 08:46 Have you got one of those nets sold for use with garden ponds? A length of bamboo cane with a net on one end. It will give you a longer reach. Bring it down over the shrew, slip a sheet of card under, flip it over and bingo! One shrew taken into custody for its own protection!![]()
Excellent Stanley, a very pleasant day to be on the roof.
