I must agree with other members that the site is difficult to navigate, i just spent 30 mins trying to add an image from my computer, found out i cannot, but says ive got to put the image into a public domain site ?, but dosent tell me how to do that, i then looked forthe help forum, all i can find is frequently asked questions. come on someone make the site friendly to users

Once you work out how to do it uploading an image is much more straightforward than on the old site.
In the gallery you choose the appropriate subject for your picture. Once you have clicked on that subject there is a button to the top left saying "New Image". Clicking on that button lets you "Choose File" so you can choose the picture from your own computer to upload.

I am trying to post a picture after a comment i am trying to make on "what attracted your attention" but cannot find it as a subject in he gallery ?

How about putting it in other subjects - that covers most things!

Bodge. if you scroll further down the gallery page you will find local areas where most pics can be slotted in. Wendy is right, if in doubt post in 'Other Objects'. Once you've cracked it it's dead easy. Look for topics on images by searching in the bar at the top of the page. Plenty has been posted on the subject.
