Yesterday we had a brief spell of sunny spells late in the afternoon but by nightfall we were back into overcast again. This morning is a re-run of yesterday. We have mist and the forecast is that apart from a period of sunny spells in the middle of the day, mist is what we can expect all day. The glass is up slightly on 1023mb. The constant light southerly wind gives us a high of 14C and a low tonight of 9C. The wind chill is negligible.... The outlook is for similar weather, perhaps slightly cooler. No change until later in the week.

No mist this morning and the sun is trying to get through the cloud, looking promising.

Yesterday afternoon brightened briefly but soon fell back into the current overcast as the glass rose slightly. It became overcast again as dusk fell. This morning we have a calm overcast and dry start. The glass is up a bit on 1027mb and the forecast is for a dry but heavily overcast day..... The constant, light, SE wind will allow us a high of 12C and a low tonight of 7C with negligible wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather but cooler....

Yesterday we did manage a bit of sunshine, but only about half an hour, it did however manage to take some of the wet out of the washing.

Back from our walk and it’s a lot colder today, there’s a bit of something in the air and it feels like it could snow, I know it’s not forecast, but it feels like it.

The first hints of the cutting edge of Winter Gloria, we have not really felt it yet this year!
Yesterday was a dry afternoon and after a brief spell of sunshine we went back into overcast mode. This morning we are overcast with a hint of mist in the air again. The glass is down a touch on 1026mb and the forecast is for a dry overcast day and a bit colder than yesterday. The constant light to moderate ESE wind will give us a high of 8C and a low tonight of 6C. There will be a wind chill of -3C this afternoon. The outlook is for two more overcast days, perhaps even a bit of rain on Sunday and then a chance of some sunny spells for a day or two but don't hold your breath it will soon be overcast and colder again.

Yesterday afternoon gave us a brief spell of sunshine but yet again it soon reverted to overcast again by dark. This morning it's calm overcast and dry. Not cold. The glass has fallen to 1021mb and the forecast is for a dry but overcast day..... Again we have a constant light ESE wind that gives us a high of 8C and a low tonight of 4C. There will be a negligible wind chill. The outlook is for another day like this and then perhaps some days with a glimpse of the sun but then going back yo overcast and colder. We mustn't complain, things could be much worse!

Yesterday afternoon we developed a constant light damping, you couldn't really call it rain but it made surfaces wet! It was still doing it at 19:00. This morning it's calm, overcast and dry. Looks like a rerun of yesterday... The glass is on 1021mb and the forecast is for mist changing to light rain by late morning. The light SE wind swings round through the north during the day ending up in the west this evening. We can expect a high of 11C and a low tonight of 2C with a slight wind chill. The outlook says we will have three days of sunny spells and then back to cooler overcast weather.

Yesterday we had light rain until late afternoon when it ceased and by dusk it had stopped. This morning it's calm, clear and dry. The glass has jumped up to 1029mb and the forecast is for full sun all day. The constant westerly winds will be light and tend to the north later in the day. We can expect a high of 10C and a low tonight of 1C with a grass frost possible under clear skies. The wind chill will be -2C this afternoon. The outlook is for similar weather to today but tending to be colder..... At least we have got rid of that bloody overcast for a few days!

Yesterday was not the full sun that was forecast but it was certainly a lot brighter. This morning first thing it was calm, clear and cold. It has not changed since. The glass is up again on 1036mb(!) and the forecast is for a dry day with prolonged sunny spells. The light northerly winds give us a high of 10C and a low of 0C tonight with a wind chill of -2C this afternoon. The outlook is for generally similar weather with cold nights, frost at times. More like November but still quite kind, it could be a lot worse than this!

A bright dry afternoon yesterday but not a lot of full sun. A clear night and this morning it's calm, clear and frosty. The glass is steady on 1035mb and the forecast is for a clear bright day with plenty of sun. The light westerly wind will give us a high of 9C and a low of 5C tonight with a wind chill of -2C which will make it feel like freezing for the early part of the day. The outlook is for similar weather getting noticeably colder towards the end of the week.

We had a white frost Gloria, didn't burn off until about 10:00.
Yesterday was a sunny day but not strong enough to warm the day up much. It was cold out there! We had a clear night and this morning it was calm clear and cool, not as cold as yesterday. The glass has fallen back to 1030mb and the forecast is for a dry day with sunny spells. The light wind is in the NW at the moment and will end the day in the SW. We will have a high of 10C and a low of 4C tonight with a negligible wind chill. The outlook is for a couple of overcast damp days staying mild and then brighter but much colder weather for the rest of the week.

Yesterday afternoon stayed fair right up until dusk. Overnight it has been overcast and this morning there is evidence of a very light shower or mist. It is overcast/misty at the moment. The glass is down sightly on 1027mb and the forecast is for a dry day but misty/overcast the whole day. The constant WSW wind starts light and gradually increases all day to moderate giving us a high of 10C and a low tonight of 7C with a wind chill which will reach -3C this afternoon. The outlook is for brighter weather except for Monday which is forecast to be wet. The temperature will gradually fall, it's going to get cold enough for snow soon.....
