Yesterday was far better than forecast. sunning all day. This morning is once more better than the forecast, it is calm clear and no frost. The glass is steady on 1024mb and the forecast is for a dry day of sunny intervals. The easterly winds are light until this evening when they rise slightly. We can expect a high of 16C and a low tonight of three with a wind chill this afternoon of as much as -3C but less earlier. Tomorrow is expected to be a repeat of today and thereafter it gets sunnier and warmer for the rest of the week.

Yesterday was better than forecast, we became overcast in the late afternoon but had late sun under the clouds as it fell dark. This morning it is calm and overcast but dry. The glass is down a touch on 1022mb. The forecast is for it to be overcast until mid morning and then sunny and dry for the rest of the day. The constant light ENE wind will give us a high of 15C and a low of 1C with a -2C wind chill for much of the day. Tomorrow onwards the outlook is for more sun and warmer. Could be Barlick Summer!

Yesterday never brightened up, it stayed overcast with us all day. There was just one flash of sunlight came in under the clouds in the west just before nightfall. Mind you the sky was bright at 23:00! This morning it's calm, clear and milder than yesterday. The glass has stirred slightly during the night and is on 1021mb this morning. The forecast is for more sun today. The constant light easterly winds start in the north but then tend to the south for most of the day allowing us a high of 18uC and a low tonight of 3C with a wind chill of -2C at times. The outlook continues to be warmer and brighter with at least two days over 20C.

We had odd bits of sunning yesterday, but on the whole it was cloudy and nippy. Today is a different kettle of fish, bright sunshine and a cloudless sky, looks like a good day in the offing.

Same here Gloria, I've washed a pair of corduroy trousers and I only do them when I can hang them outside!

Red Hot … haha. Your temp is only 16C at this very moment, heading for 18C.
It’s probably the wind that is drying your cords Stanley.
