Very similar tool to what sail makers used to flatten stitched seams during the manufacturing process.

Well remembered Kev! Yes, the wood has to be certified free from contact with wood wasp and they know how to charge for them.... This cost over £100 and never got used as the Australian Customs wanted a ridiculous amount of duty to be paid on two engines.....
