Pork and veggies X three but I got the makings of smoked bacon, tomatoes and eggs from the Co-op. Watch this space....

Pork and veggies for breakfast and then bacon sausage, beans, fried tomato and eggs for dinner and tea.....
(Actually I split teatime's helping and extended it with veggies so I still have a helping left for breakfast...

Meat and veggies but with a mid morning snack of some spiced mackerel fillets on small oatcakes. We all deserve the occasional nibble! This one was particularly healthy.
