Meat and veggies but with a mid morning snack of some spiced mackerel fillets on small oatcakes. We all deserve the occasional nibble! This one was particularly healthy.

The last helping fro the last batch for breakfast. Hot smoked Mackerel Fillet on oat cake for dinner and the new batch of chicken with this week's veggies for tea,

Settling into the collar again with chicken and veggies X three. I cooked buttered swede as an extender.
