What can you tell me about this?

Looks like a banjo oiler on the crank pin of large steam engine. Very posh and highly polished. Not one I recognise.

Spot on Stanley. It’s at the Grane Mill, Haslingden. We got a tour by our nephew who is a volunteer.

I have one as an attachment to a beard trimmer (not that I have a beard) and found it works well for me. Much easier than trying to pull them out with long nosed pliers
