The Orchidometer is a medical tool used by doctors, particularly endocrinologists and paediatricians, to accurately measure testicular volume..
Also referred to as Praders balls, the medical worry beads or the endocrine rosary.

I learnt about them while watching ‘Would I Lie To You’, of all places 😂
