Looks good. I had a slice of my cheese and onion bread with breakfast, it tastes as good as I expected. Brings back memories of Philpott's Bakery in Gravesend when I was growing up

Been mad busy with the charity over the last few weeks. Not had time to bake sourdough. Consequently, my starter, 10 has been on an extended holiday in the fridge.
I warmed him yesterday morning then fed him on a 1:2:2 ratio at about midday. He did nothing until 10.15 last night but was then trying to escape from the top of the jar! Too late for the party so I let him drop back overnight.
I will invoke plan B today and take enough to feed up for a loaf, then enough to make some Naans which is a good way of reducing the volume. Will feed him up again and bob him back in the fridge tonight for another nap. I think he was there for nearly three weeks which is handy to know. I have been baking same day loaves and bloomers with instant yeast while we were busy.
