Had another photo-shoot for a local company, yesterday. They sell Wedding Favours on t'internet, their phone never stopped ringing all afternoon. Who says no one has any money?

Same applies to most luxury goods Kev. Good time to buy if you have cash! (How much will a fast computer be in 12 months?)

I replaced my lighting tripods, in the studio, with wall brackets yesterday. I can't believe how much floor space I've gained. Next job is to replace the cloth background with a seamless wall, with curved corners. A bit of forward planning on that one, I think.

You have a right to be proud Kev, these are good images, you can almost taste and smell them. Fruit has always been a measure of an artist.

Just keep `em coming Kev - who needs 3D TV when you have photos like these! You could almost do as good a job as Nell Gwyn selling oranges!

He did some more. Excellent pics but you'll notice he wasn't using his 'make Stanley look younger' filter!

Still playing with CS6 so took the opportunity to do the "Pipe" image again, a bit more detail this time.

Good portraits are wonderful and that definitely comes under that heading. I like the fact you rendered it in monochrome, getting rid of the distraction of colour focusses the eye on the elements of the pic. Nice job.

To any one into photography Adobe is offering photoshop CS6 on limited free trial at the moment, but will involve a deep pocket for those who wish to keep it. There is also FS VIEWER V4.8 available free at http://www.fastone.org/ this is a very useful bit of software for Image tweeking.

I left a bit of colour in this one, although I did subdue it a bit. It is a bit softer so the 'make Stanley look younger' filter was at work a little bit. If I made you look younger people wouldn't recognise you in the street and would be unable to avoid you until it was too late :surprised:

A piece of ladies nylon over the lens held by a rubber band,, can peel back the years, many of the old stars were portrayed this way.

Kev, I sent the pics to Daniel Meadows and here's mail I got this morning:
Dear Stanley, I like best the one where you are lighting your pipe. Kev definitely had his taste filter on for that one. All best things, Daniel
Praise indeed!
