Bugger!! Dead right China. I found it in Kirkstone Quarry in the Lake District when the DOE were looking for a replacement turbine for Stott Park but they never took up the offer of the free gift.....

Getting a bit fedup of being wrong. A balance for weighing cotton hanks. The scale should calculate the length against weight. I think they were used more in spinning rather than weaving.
