BARNOLDSWICK BRASS BAND

Post by Barnoldswick Library »

I am currently researching a history of Barnoldswick Brass Band and having exhausted the libraries resources, I need your help please?
If you have any memories or memorabilia of this band or it's predecessor, Barnoldswick Prize Band, please contact the library at barnoldswick.library@lancashire.gov.uk where any information will be gratefully received.
Thanks - Julia Owen

Julia contacted me and the only thing I could tell her immediately was that the old Brick School in Fountain Street was once used as a practice room. Arthur Entwistle talks about music in general and the Brass Band in the LTP (AL/04). If you have anything of interest she'd be pleased to hear from you.
