Post by haroldhog »

West Craven Family History Group are urgerntly looking for people whose ancestors where living in the Barnoldswick or surrounding area when the canal first arrived here (1790 - 1840). ITV are making a programme and would like to meet with people that fulfill this. If you can help at all with this project please contact Harold Hoggarth on haroldhoggarth@gmail.com. The filming will take place during 21st - 24th July.

Hi Harold.

I've put this on another topic 'Canal Connected People' as well.

Our Keith may have traced family back to those times, but don't think they were living round here then.
