Commemorative plaque in the old Co-op building in what is now Town Square, Barnoldswick.

Photographed by SCG during demolition on 4th January 1989.

LEGEND:

Barnoldswick Cooperative Industrial Society Limited.

This block of buildings was completed and opened on Saturday April 112th 1924. The first portion of the block was erected in the years 1906 and 1907 and the completion in the years 1923 and 1924.
