Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Yes Gloria or bullocks. Sorry Kev but no, there is a proper name for them which describes how they do the job. Clue, they do not cut in any way. (And forget bloodless!)

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
No Tom. There is a name that describes how it does its job . Remember, no cutting is involved.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
I give in! The tool is called a 'cord stop castrator' because that is what it does, cuts the cord inside the sheath without damaging the sheath or causing an external wound.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Tinsmiths = No. The funny thing about this object is I took the picture some time ago and only came across it while searching for something else. I was totally baffled about what is was. So over to OG to share my confusion.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Is it part of a castor wheel ?
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's OK... they know me here.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Sorry both NO. I think the key to solving this object is the thumb clamps and the hand wheel at the back.
