Yes you're right Cathy but later in the week we have 26C forecast. I see you will have days when the maximum will be only 12C. That would be cold here now! Never mind, it won't be long before you overtake us again.....

Yesterday afternoon was quite pleasant but stuck to the forecast in that by 19:00 we had significant rain. This morning it is calm, overcast and dry with evidence of rain earlier in the night. The glass is up on 1007mb and the forecast is for a dry bright day with good sunny spells. The constant WNW wind starts light but gradually increases to moderate during the day and later it will gust to well over 40mph. We van expect a high of 20C and a low tonight of 7C with as much as -4C wind chill at times. The outlook is for dry sunny weather and from Thursday onwards we can expect high twenties, another heat wave.
